To walk along this path is to immerse oneself in a journey that interweaves the enchantment of nature with the breath of
history. Every step recounts an ancient Fme, every glance is lost amidst panoramas that enrapture the soul.
The route begins at the Sanctuary of the Madonna della Coltura di Lenna and, after crossing the Brembo river, winds along
an ancient mule track that seems to lead to distant eras. Following the CAI 269 path, the landscape opens up towards the
Cantone Santa Maria, leading to the suggestive area of the S.S. Trinità, a special place where a surprising microclimate
provides coolness even on the hottest days.

The Brembo, on the opposite bank, has sculpted over the millennia a spectacular gorge, a work of art forged by the water
flowing impetuously between the rocks.
Continuing on, you reach the small bridge over the Valsecca stream, where nature becomes even more fascinating: on
one side the clear limestone rocks of the Pre-Alps, on the other the dark metamorphic formatioons of the Orobian Alps.
After the small bridge, the small cemetery of Bordogna seems to guard the silence of this valley, while further on the path
climbs up towards the Baresi Mill, a place of timeless charm, where the power of water is still set in motion today thanks
to skilful restoration.

A short asphalted stretch is followed, but soon the path leads back to the ancient Forcella di Bordogna Castle,
silent witness to the events that have marked these valleys. The sound of water returns to the protagonist at the Val
Fondra waterfall: when open, it plunges with a spectacular 500-metre drop, an impetuous dance that enchants anyone
who stops to admire it.

We continue to Isola di Fondra, crossing the Canali bridge, elegant and solid since 1715, and then climb up to Trabuchello
and the Church of S. Margherita dʼAntiochia. From here, the route winds along a road that seems to embrace the valley,
leading to Branzi.
In the heart of the village, a final spectacle awaits the traveller: the Borleggia waterfall, with its 250-metre drop, closes
the route in a crescendo of wonder. On certain evenings, the waterfall lights up, transforming itself into a magical vision,
a final gift for those who have travelled with an open heart along this path that tells of life, nature and time.
